Everyone is aware of National Highway No. 48 these days, it starts from Delhi runs all over until Chennai. A section of this highway from #ahmedabad to #mumbai Thane and then passing from Thane near Mumbai all the way to #pune is the busiest. This video is a one part of the series of videos about places nearby NH 48 for you to watch and plan your travel accordingly. Parnera Hillocks are in the middle of Atul Town and Valsad and all these places are west of National Highway 48. “Dharampur” is on the eastern side of the highway where there are Wilson Hills for trekking. You may be surprised to know, there are very few places in the world at a high altitude from where you can see the sea as well. #wilsonhills is one of such places. #arabian #sea is visible from an altitude of 2500 feet from the top of #Wilson Hills albeit when the sky is clear.

shankar #waterfall are nearby. Mavli Mata waterfalls and other sites are located in #Bilpudi Dharampur like #barumal where there is #shri #Bhaveshwar Mahadev. International Headquarters and #Shrimad #Rajchandra #ashram is spread over 330 acres in Dharampur and a newly built Rajchandra Hospital. People with a special interest in Yoga and spirituality from all over the world, from all over India, and especially from Mumbai travel here frequently. #tryambakeshwar #nashik and #shirdi can be reached via #dharampur travelling towards east.

Construction work of the #bullettrainindia around here is moving on at a rapid pace. Upon commencement of services on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad #bullettrain , passengers traveling in it will be able to get good glimpses of the Parnera Hillocks. For those who wish to see the fort on the top of Parnera and to see two Devi temples , Hanuman ji and Rameshwar Mahadev sitting here, should climb up by their ownselves. “Par River” flows nearby #atulindustries and Parnera Hillocks, while #pardi is settled on the other side of the river. I am hoping to create an another video explaining interesting facts about the names of all of these.
For those who wish to travel by train, the nearest railway station is #Valsad #railwaystation Besides river #par there is beautiful place is just below the National Highway. People passing through the highway or living nearby often come here for a little while, a stroll or just watch the sunset. The history of the fort situated on The Parnera Mountain is a few centuries old. There are two ways to climb the fort. Paved road, parking facilities and steps on both sides. The road via Atul is accessible first while travelling from Mumbai side, about 2 kilometers inside #atul approach road all the way up to a few metres from where the steps are. Climb 300 steps from the bottom of the mountain to the top. The second route is from Valsad Road for travelers approaching from #surat side, it is 3 or 4 from highway and there are 500 steps most of them are covered..

parnera #hillocks are very good for #photography #photoshoots or #trekking, especially during monsoon. For those who want to stay at a hotel for the night will have to travel to #valsad city, 5-7 km away. There’s a quicker way straight to #Daman via #coastalhighway #Travel to #Daman, #Umargaon, #Dahanu, #Palghar or join #nationalhighway via Coastal Highway.
